About the Opportunity:-
As a Clinical Research Associate at Sun Pharma, you’ll be at the heart of clinical development — ensuring that clinical studies are executed efficiently, ethically, and in full compliance with national and international standards.
You’ll work closely with investigators, study sites, and internal stakeholders to maintain the integrity, quality, and timelines of clinical trial activities.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Conduct site feasibility studies, pre-study visits, and investigator assessments.
- Prepare and review regulatory documents for Ethics Committee (EC) and Institutional Review Board (IRB) submissions.
- Support study start-up, monitoring, and close-out processes.
- Ensure accurate documentation, data verification, and query resolution during trial execution.
- Collaborate with site teams for patient recruitment, informed consent, and protocol adherence.
- Monitor Investigational Product (IP) accountability and maintain detailed records.
- Report SAEs/SUSARs promptly as per PV and GCP requirements.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams (CROs, vendors, data management) to maintain quality deliverables.
Eligibility Criteria:-
Education:
- B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc., M.Sc., Nursing, or Life Science graduates.
- Candidates with a PG Diploma in Clinical Research will have an added advantage.
Experience:
- 1–5 years of experience in clinical research, site monitoring, or trial management (Phase III/IV experience preferred).
Core Skills:
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP, Schedule Y, and regulatory submissions.
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple study sites and maintain data accuracy.
